The Cayman Islands is one of the most sought-after vacation destinations in the world, especially among those who come from temperate countries. The much-talked about beauty of the beaches and the many beautiful dive and snorkel sites of the islands are what previous visitors have raved about.

The Cayman Islands are located in the western Caribbean Seas, 150 miles south of Cuba, 189 miles northwest of Jamaica and 480 miles south of Miami.

This British territory is made up of three islands. Grand Cayman is the largest (76 square miles) and where the capital George Town is located. Cayman Brac (14 square miles) and Little Cayman (10 square miles) are the other two islands.

Visitors from all over the world can come in through the three airports located in each of the three islands. The Owen Roberts International Airport is located at the biggest island, Grand Cayman.

There is also an airport at Cayman Brac, the Gerard-Smith International Airport and the Edward Bodden Airfield in Little Cayman.

At George Town in Grand Cayman, there is also a popular port for cruise ships from all over the world. The best time of the year to visit is from December to April.

The smallest of all the islands, Little Cayman has three popular sites for the visitors to see. It has the Red-Footed Booby Bird Nature Reserve, Owen Island and Point o?Sand Beach.

Grand Cayman Marriot Beach Resort and the Grand Cayman are the two popular ones at the island of the Grand Cayman. The Brac Ref Beach Resort is at the Cayman Brac island and the Southern Cross Club is located at the Little Cayman island.
